New York: Macmillan, 1909. First printing. Maroon cloth with gilt spine titles. 302 pp including index, plus advertisements. Puncture to the spine. Wear to the spine ends and the corners. Hinges cracked. The bookplate of the Rev. Thomas Kelly, the previous owner, is on the front pastedown, and his notations are on the front free endpaper and on page 141. Some bookseller notations are also on the FFEP. Otherwise unmarked and in a tight binding.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good+/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
