Fort Worth, TX: American Reference Publishing Co., 1972. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good-. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by both authors on front free end paper. Crisp and tight copy - blue boards have a little smudging on top edges - bright gilt print. Interior has a few pages with faint smudges - else clean interior. Dust jacket has rubbing on edges and spine. Front panel has red numbers on the photo portion with a small red question mark below with a few red dots. Price sticker residue on upper top corner and there are a few very small spots. Corners have some chipping, and top of spine has chipping with a little loss. Top edge of both front and rear panels has several small closed tear. Now in protective cover.
