About This Item

London: John Lane The Bodley Head, [1927]. FIRST EDITION. Red cloth a little faded at spine with some faint dampstaining to front cover. Small tape burn in upper corner (near gutter) of front flyleaf. Otherwise very good in a dust jacket that is particularly bright and fresh, but which is unfortunately missing the entire rear flap. 254 pages plus index. Folding map at page 202.
