Rubbing to lower edge of boards. 1/4" loss of cloth to lower corners of boards. Up to 1" loss of cloth along lower edges of boards. Rubbing to ends of dust wrapper spine. Adhesive tape repairs to ends of dust wrapper spine. A couple of 1" tears at tail of dust wrapper spine. Rubbing and creasing along lower edge of dust wrapper. Series of 1/4" tears along lower edge of dust wrapper. Dust wrapper protected in archival mylar cover. ; ix, [1], 206 pages + frontis + plates. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine.
