NY: Lincoln Mac Veagh/The Dial Press, 1930. First Edition . Hardcover. Very good with no dust jacket. The gray cloth has a few light vertical cracks and a couple of tiny holes at the spine. Gilt lettering on spine is a bit dulled, but still legible. Hinges are tight; slight foxing on title page, but nowhere else in the book. No names or other marking in the book. Includes five plates from engravings and six sketch maps, (including 2 foldout maps at rear), list of authorities, and an index; 320 pages.
