London: Duckworth, 1926. FIRST EDITION. Page edges and preliminary leaves foxed. Orange cloth stamped in black. Binding very bright and fresh. Near fine in a near fine dust jacket with a narrow chip at bottom of rear flap fold and a very small chip at top right hand corner of front panel. Nice copy of the author's first novel, highly uncommon in jacket and in this condition.
