About Very Good condition with previous owner's name in a small hand at top of free front endpaper. FAIR-only dust jacket is shelf weary from pre-mylar days. Moderate chipping and short tears at spine ends and flap fold points. Rubbed sections around perimeter and at top edge of rear panel. Jacket now protected from further wear by a removable mylar sleeve. A tome, indeed.
