Fair to good condition. "The period of action in this book covers 12 months, from the birth of the Black Sash movement in May 1955 to the re-dedication ceremony in May 1956. . . . It is hoped that by setting the Black Sash movement on this national stage, it will be seen in its true perspective as a spontaneous protest from the heart of a large section of the South African people." .
