Just light wear, as with age and careful handling, but Very Good in the publisher's stapled colored wrappers. Laid in at rear is a copy of the Spring 1999 edition of "Tess Gerritsen's Newsletter of Creepy Biological Facts," stapled pp. [4], with Stephen King blurb. The whole ensconced in a clear protective display sleeve with white cardstock backing board.
