Oxford. Printed at the Clarendon Press, By W. Dawson, T. Bensley, and J. Cooke, 1798. Large 8vo, 217 x 130 mms, unpaginated, collating a - Gg8, contemporary straight-grain red morocco, all edges gilt; binding a little worn at extremities, spine rubbed and with some lg oss of colour, inscribed "[R Burnet] Smith/ from/ Edward T. N. Smith/ 1908" on recto of front free end-paper. The price on the title-page of "4s. 6d." has been partially effaced. Below the date appears the note "This Book may be had with or without the Ordination Service." ESTC T190770 describes a copy with this configuration, where the final leaf is Gg8. Copies in Bodleian; Saint Mark's Library, University of Delaware.
