An illustrated catalog on the work of the noted book designer and artist, who worked on more than 400 books for the Edinburgh University Press from the 1950s-80s. Issued for a 1991 exhibition at the National Library of Scotland and at Dartmouth College Library, Hanover, New Hampshire. 33-page introduction by Mackie + [34] pages of illustrations, some in color. 8vo. Gray paper wraps. VG with light edge wear. Uncommon signed by Mackie (1920-2020.)
