Unless otherwise noted all the citations in our Community Cookbook Catalog have octavo stiff card stock wrappers and plastic comb bindings typical of the specialty fundraising cookbook publishers (Morris, Fundcraft, etc). What may enhance some over others is the inclusion of text and photos as well as truly regional recipes and we take note of such features.
