Prefatory note by the editors of Janssen Publishing in both German and English. Profusely illustrated with full page black and white photographs and 16 pages of color photographs. First edition. The first book in the publisher Volker Janssen's gay physique photography series, published in 1995. Bruce of Los Angele (nee Bruce Bellas, 1909-1974) is known as the grandfather of physique photography and rightfully starts the series with a collection of pin-up-like, cavorting male models whose images seem quaint by todays standards. No previous ownership marks. No spine crease. A clean, tight, fresh and unmarked copy, near like new. Very good+. A large book, Priority and International orders will require additional postage calculated as close to actual close as possible. .
