Original full leather; worn, with both boards detached. Hardbound. Fair. EARLY MANUSCRIPT COMMENTS on rear flyleaf: 'Vox populi Vox Dei, The voice of the people is the voice of God. (A false saying).' Also: 'Mondacium ab ovo a Mala. A lie from beginning to end.' AI /S&S 32707. Though a poor copy this early Americanm schoolbook is rendered interesting by its little bit of American Latin manuscript. PA IMP 6. Hardcover.
