Hardcover. 349 pages listing 4401 items in six catagories; Painting & Ingraving, Architecture, Christian Art, Classical Art & Architecture, Decorative & Industrial Art, and The Practical Arts, plus addenda and supplement. plus 23 pages of ads bound in the rear and four more on the front and rear endpapers. Bound in original red cloth with lettering on the spine in gilt. Gilt dulled and cloth lightly soiled. Library plate on the front paste-down endpaper, Vassar Collage Library perforation on the title page, and a withdrawn stamp at the bottom of the contents page. No other library markings, plates or pockets were ever present. Offsetting to the endpapers. A very good copy.
