About This Item

Removed from a bound volume, octavo, pp. 12. Some scuffing along spine, but about GOOD condition and done-up handsomely by the skillful printer Smith. By this dawning of the Civil War, noted Theologian Enoch Pond (1791-1882) had advanced from Faculty member to President of the Seminary. Uncommon in trade or institutional holdings, with a July 2023 OCLC search returning American Antiquarian Society and Library Company of Philadelphia only. Protected in a clear display sleeve with white card-stock backing-board. See Williamson, Bibliography State of Maine, Volume 1, Number 594.
