London: Printed for Bernard Lintott, 1715. Book. Very Good. Full. Third Edition. 8vo. two parts bound in one volume, both with separate title page and frontispiece plates, the second work is dated 1716 to the title page and is the first edition, whereas the first work is dated 1715 and stated the third edition; pp. [10], 52, [18], 115, [1]; two frontispiece plates and three folding plates (one with a short professionally repaired tear]. Later 19th? century full calf binding, with red title label to the spine; good with some general wear and rubbing, leather chipped to the head /tail of the spine, more so to the head. Contents good and tight, first title page and frontispiece plate with a little browning/staining to upper part; old signature to the bottom margin of the frontispiece; other pages with light staining to the top part, one page of the preface and first page of the text to the first work close trimmed to the fore-edge affecting a few letters; single small work track to fore-edge margin of the last few pages not nearly affecting text, last page of appendix somewhat browned. A good to very good copy..
