About This Item
Leatherneck Association, 1952., 1952. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included. First printing. 179 pp., many photos, 8vo, hardcover in red leatherette, dustjacket. Nearly Fine text with no serious flaws, almost no sign of wear. No owner's inscription. Dj is not clipped, slight loss at tips and minor chipping to spine-ends. Overall a very nice copy of this rare and important self-defense manual, especially tough to find in dj. Although there is much information on the use of knives and bayonets, the latter half of the book focuses on unarmed hand-to-hand combat and the use of sticks. An excellent book, very tough to find in this first edition and in a dj. Nearly Fine/VG.
