London: Macmillan and Co., 1913.. First edition thus. 8vo. xii, 82, (2) pp. Publisher's blur cloth with gilt lettering and decoration on a design by T. Sturge Moore to the spine and upper cover, top edge gilt, contemporary gift inscription to the front free endpaper. 8 colour plates. Some discolouration and wear to the covers, one plate with tissue repaired tears with no loss.
