Quarto (28.75cm); bluish-gray and vellum paper-covered boards, with titles stamped in gilt on spine; [ii],viii,228pp, with black & white vignettes throughout the text, and frontispiece + 11 color illustrations by Thomas MacKenzie. Light wear to spine ends, mild dust-soil to backstrip, with some gentle bumping and modest wear (and some resulting board exposure) to corners; contents fresh; Very Good+, lacking the dustjacket. Handsome edition of the Irish author's 1912 comic novel.
