About This Item

From front DJ flap: "The diversity of Native American cultures goes far beyond the popular image of the 'Indian.' The bison, hunters and horseback warriors of the Great Plains, with their wind-blown feather headdresses, make up only a small part of the ...cultures which developed between the icy Arctic and the mountains of northern Mexico."

Book - Very Good condition. Tan paper over boards w red text on spine. Very minimal edge/corner wear. A few of the "inky" photos have lightly transferred some black to the opposing page. Text is clean and binding is tight.

Dust Jacket - Very Good- condition. Some bumping and a puncture spot near spine. Some edge/corner wear (specially at bottom back corner. About a one inch closed tear on back cover and some wrinkling at bottom.

Please use photos as part of the description.

480 pages including Index. This is a large, heavy book (7-8 pounds). I have included the additional $5.00 shipping cost for a domestic U.S. address in the cost of the book.
