About This Item

London: Chatto & Windus, 1955. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo. 381 pp. Book is a bit edgeworn and darkened along the spine with some age toning to pages. Dustjacket is worn and darkened along edges and spine, with some chipping mainly at head and foot of spine. Still a very nice copy of this important classic in literary criticism.
