The text is illustrated with numerous black-and-white illustrations, some full-page, by the author. Illustrated front cover showing three young children, two boys and a girl, against a bone coloured background with green and black decoration to the edge of the front cover. Green coloured titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Rubbing to the book edges and to the book panels. Sunning to the backstrip and less sunning to the book panels and there are handling marks to the book panels. Internally the pages are clean, bright and crisp. This book is a first Australian edition, no actual publishing date visible but the last reprint noted from the original publisher ( George G. Harrap and company ] is October 1938. Stories for young children written by the author of Milly-Molly-Mandy. Size: 12mo (standard paperback). IV, 5-96 pages.. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
