A.A. Balkema, 1952. Largely pictorial volume with b/w and some colour illustrations. Issued w/o dust juacket, bound in brown cloth with gilt titles to spine and gilt device to top board. Slight scuffing to boards and spotting to top edge. Endpapers lightly browned. A very good copy.
