About 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches, 304 pages in light red, cloth-covered boards with gold lettering on spine. Dustjacket's front panel features deep red background with drawing of stethoscope and lettering in pale yellow; back panel shows six blurbs praising previous McGuane works; back flap shows photo of author. Spine ends lightly bumped, o/w boards and text are complete, clean and unmarked, binding tight and square. Not remaindered, not ex-library. Dustjacket shows just a touch of edgewear. No tears, no creases, no scratches. Not price-clipped. A collectable example of McGuane's most recent novel.
