London: L. Reeve and Co, 1884. Hardcover. Very Good. second edition revised 310 (8) adverts, 12 hand-coloured plated by G.B. Sowerby. Ownership name to the front end paper end papers evenly browned, some very occasional spotting, contents clean and tight. Publishers violet cloth gilt snail vignette to the upper board, even fading to the spine. The binding clean and tight with no splits or chips. A very good copy of the second and best edition.
