"From Cynthia M. Tregear" penned on title page; Tregear was the founder of the Sunshine Branch for the Blind and the Sunshine Home for Blind Babies and the author of "My Blind Children's Fairy Tales." Balzac Library, no. 61, May 12, 1900. "A lecture by Mlle. Harlor, delivered at the extraordinary generaly assembly of the French League for Women's Rights." Reprinted from "Revue Socialiste," April 1900. The short-lived Balzac Library series represented Benjamin R. Tucker's interest in disseminating contemporary European avant-garde and progressive thought to an audience beyond that of Liberty.
