Third edition, fourth printing, "Revised". 4to. xxxvi, 646 pp. Publisher's blue cloth, gilt lettered to the spine, dust jacket. Frontispiece, one plate and numerous hieroglyphic figures in the text. Just a little light edge wear to the jacket, a very good copy. A comprehensive work on the Egyptian language, interspersed with short tests throughout, plus detailed lists of the hieroglyphs and an English to Egyptian vocabulary.
