Deluxe hardcover in slip case, limited to 2200 unnumbered copies, no dust jacket as issued. In collector grade As New condition. Book and slip case in textured red leather, with gilt design to book front board and gilt lettering to spine. Eight full page black and white illustrations, a full color frontispiece with tissue guard, and seven partial page chapter head/end piece illustrations.
