Book Condition: Very Good. Light Gray covers are clean with little wear. Top of closed book pages have some light stain. Please see photos. Otherwise pages are clean and tight.
Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Color is good, but there is some edge/corner wear, a couple chips, a tear on the front near spine that is approx. 2 inches long, and a tear at back spine approx. .5 inch long. Please see photos.
