The last complete novel of his to be published, Endymion was reportedly bought by Longmans, Green, & Co. for £10,000. In the publisher's original cloth, including the half titles.Bookplate of 'K. Marr Johnson' to the front pastedown of each volume. In the publisher's original cloth bindings. Externally, sound, with some light shelf wear and fading to the spines. Bumping to the heads and tails of the spines and extremities. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown of each volume. Internally, binding is generally firm. Pages contain the odd instance of light spotting, particularly to the first and last few pages of each volume. Good
