Note on the Hyperion Cantos series: The Hyperion Cantos series comprises two duologies of four books total. Hyperion and The Fall of Hyperion (Bantam US and Headline UK, 1989-90) were released first, comprising the first duology. The second duology, Endymion and The Rise of Endymion were released in 1996 and 1997. The Headline UK and Bantam US editions were the only editions released in trade hardcovers (barring a ridiculous SFBC edition combining books 1 and 2) until Subterranean released all four of the series in signed-limited editions from 2012 to 2016. All trade hardcover copies of this series is out of print.
NOTE: All modern books with dust jackets come with dust jacket covers.
