Nashville, TN: Southern Methodist Publishing House, 1854. Hardcover. Very Good. 12mo. 358 pages, indexed. Hardcover in brown cloth. Binding is moderately worn and bumped but is sound with secure inner hinges. Bottom of text block has a couple of damping areas. Endpapers foxed. Prior owner's name set on front flyleaf. There are written notations at the top of the front flyleaf. "Clergyman's card No. 353." The text has occasional foxing but mostly appears clean. A plant clipping has been placed between pages 122-123 with some toning to the pages. The Editor's Preface is dated Charleston, 1854.
