Modern boards with label copied from the title page, spine faded. Inscription in a contemporary hand to the head of the half-title "to be half bound...marked upon the ...Papmplets. 10"; half title a little browned and marked , browned, inscription to head in a contemporary hand, last two leaves holed with loss of approximately ten words. Very scarce. [Goldsmiths' 10645; Kress 6764].
