London: Rivington, White & others printed Darton & Harvey, 1793. Hardcover. Good. Copperplate engravings (67 ovals on 34 plates & Engraved TP & frontis by G. Neagle (bound after Life of Gay).. Octavo (207x124mm) 2 Parts in 1 volume gilt calf (rebacked with old spine laid on - pine lacks labels & has some flaking & darkening, tips worn) xvi+256pp. Occasional minor spotting else clean and crisp throughout. *Based on Kent, Wooton & Gravelot engravings, some on Stockdale/Blake edition, others differ from both (eg. Fable 9).
