Richmond, Virginia: John Knox Press, 1959. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair. 12mo. 215 pages. Hardcover bound in yellow cloth. Moderate wear to the binding. There is some damping on the rear cover and there are some old dry brown mildew stains on the endpapers. Rear inner hinge is starting. Text is sound and clean. INSCRIBED and signed by the author on the front flyleaf, "To: Betty G. Martin / my secretary and / companion in my labors / Holmes Rolston / December 23. 1958.

We specialize in North Carolina, Virginia, Civil War, Old Leather, Christianity, Eastern and Western Philosophies, and the simply unusual.
