Ships with signature confirmation. Feb 1971 Knopf hardcover stated 1st edition inscribed (which always means to a particular person) by the author on the ffep. A lot of edgewear (some tears closed) , soil/tanning and some chipping on dj (now protected in mylar) , corners bumped, sunning and light fraying on cover, smudge on ffep and small stain on one page, else text clean, binding tight .
