Tan bds with heavy gilt decoration of thistle, rose and shamrock with border to both bds, spine gilt with flowers, fountains, birds and butterfly. Pages gilt to all edges, pp 102 with 14 lovely steel engraved plates with guards plus ads. CONDITION is tight and clean, sl. fr. to head and foot of spine, name inked to tp, sf to prelims and pictures, A nice fresh copy with bright gilding, considering age extrely good.. First Edition. Decorative Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
