Bound in dark brown fine genuine leather, paneled spine has gilt lettering and spine and covers have profuse gilt tooling. Minimal shelfwear to spine and covers. All edges of textblock gilt with slight scratching to top and side edges. Contains silk ribbon with silk endpapers. Signed flat by Humes on limitation page, numbered 239 of 285. Loose certificate of authenticity signed by Humes, note about author, and nameplate. Shelved in Case 9 3/4. Humes is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist.
