"Published" by the division but printed by Country Life Press, Garden City, NY. . Gilt lettered & decorated green cloth. Illustration index with 50+ entries of mostly b/w photos, 5 from Captain Leon Dabo paintings. MISSING the 5 maps called for in index. FINE between the covers, including both pastedowns, BUT the text block edges are very lightly foxed. ALSO, book stays closed when stood on its spine. Read with care, if at all. Very nice cover. No spine sunning. Gilt on covers bright as new. Spine ends scuffed a tad but tips square & flat. .
