Milwaukee, WI, 1983. framed. 3.5 x 5.75-inch First Day Cover issued ahead of the 1984 Olympics. Signed in full by Blair and postmarked in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 29, 1983. The envelope features two women skating on the left and has a cancelled 28-cent "Olympics 84 USA 28c" stamp on the upper right. Float-mounted below a 4.5 x 4-inch photo of Blair skating. Double-matted in red and white and set in a black frame measuring 16 x 11 inches. Fine condition.<br/> <br/> American speed skater; one of the most decorated athletes in Olympic history.<br/> <br/>
