Gray paper over boards backed with beige cloth; on front cover black rules enclose floral & urn columns in black, a central square around a caduceus in light red & black and letters in light red & black; black letters on spine. Very clean covers; slightly age darkened spine; light foxing on text block edges; light foxing on end papers; bright, clean interior; leaves in latter half have vertical blunt crease as from partial bend. 16mo, 223 pp.
