Binding cracked at page 298 but still holding. Covers a little scuffed and shelf worn. Some staining to covers and bottom edge appears to have a minor water stain. Spine is creased. Previous owner's information on first page. Very little underlining in the book. Francis Bacon was a parlamentarian, courtier, jurist, writer, and philosopher of Renaissance times. This is a nice reading copy.. Mass Market Paperback. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
