London, 18th cent.. Engraving by William Home Lizars after an unknown artist of Francis Willoughby (1635-1672), Parliamentary Commander who later joined the Royalists. Image size: 179 x 113 mm. Trimmed outside of plate marks. Text verso: "A wit's a feather, and a chief a rod;/ A pious man's the noblest work of God." Accompanying printed program on laid paper ca. 1680 regarding a memorial to Peregrine Bertie Willoughby.
