This copy signed on colophon page by Koren, as called for, but INSCRIBED BY MAMET on half-title page, "Dear Sara -- Merry Christmas + All my love, Your fan, Dave the Slave." Orange cloth boards stamped in green on front only; endpapers hand-made in Paris by Richard de Bay. Fine, as issued, without dust jacket. Unusual inscribed. INSCRIBED "ALL MY LOVE, YOUR FAN - DAVE THE SLAVE
