Dark blue cloth with gilt spine and cover titles; embossed color illustration on spine and front cover. Leipzig bookbinder blind-stamped on back cover. All page edges red. Decoration endpapers. Bookseller's label on front fixed endpaper for C. N. Caspar Co. Book Emporium, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Scarce with the final color plate with multiple moveable sections. A heavy book; for international shipping, it will have to be sent by priority international. In Very Good Condition: corners lightly rubbed; p. 370 scraped; plate facing p. 990 has 7-cm. closed tear from gutter; pages are browning; otherwise, clean and tight.
