Good and solid, tight, in decorative brown cloth with green/brown leaves on patterned backgound front board. Similar spine with gilt titling. bumped corners and mild colour rubs. FEP has manusript inscription dated 1900 and undated inscription inside front board. Preface dated 1881. Published by Watson of Toronto. First Canadian edition. All seven plates present and about fine: frontis, vignette, 4 pictures and the map. vi prelims plus title leaf, 432 numbered pages 8 numbered pages ads. See scans
