About This Item
London: Joseph Hughes & Co., 1893. Book. Good. Hardcover. Third Edition. 8vo. 314 pages + publisher's adverts. Original brown cloth hardback binding with dark brown lettering and decoration, good with some general wear and rubbing, head/tail of the spine scuffed and a little frayed. Contents good with a little general reading wear, paper to internal hinges at end papers cracked showing webbing beneath; small inscription to the front free end paper "Hemyock Rd School For use of Pupil Teacher". A good copy of this scarce maths school book. Though not exactly sure how girls' arithmetic differs from boys' arithmetic!.
