Hardcover. 216p., illustrated with a few scattered period cuts and an excellent modern line map, hardbound in brown leatherette boards gilt and enclosed in a clear acetate sur-wrapper. Top edge of textblock is discolored with dust and foxing, date stamped on free front endpaper, trivial faint edgewear. A very good copy: sound, and otherwise clean.
