1773 Don Quixote Cervantes Saint-Martin French NEW ENDING Illustrated 6v SET
Miguel de Cervantes's 'Don Quixote' is one of the most famous works of literature and is one of the most popular adventure tales to be written. This 1773 printing features François Filleau de Saint-Martin's French translation and is iconic for its full-page engravings depicting scenes from the famous story. Saint-Martin's edition was first published in 1678 who modified the original ending by making Don Quixote live at the end!
